بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
In the name of Allah.
When and why we say it
Say this short dua right before you take your first bite of food or your first sip of a drink. It means you are beginning with the name of Allah, who gave you the meal in front of you. It is only two short words, so even the youngest children can learn it quickly and never forget it.
