Dua for Travelling
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ
Glory be to the One who made this for us, we could not have done it ourselves, and to our Lord we will return.
When and why we say it
Say this dua when you sit down in a car, a bus, a train or a plane and your journey begins. It thanks Allah for making travel easy for us, since we could never have managed it on our own. It also reminds us that every journey ends, and that one day we all return to our Lord.
