اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
O Allah, I seek Your protection from evil male and female jinn.
When and why we say it
Say this dua quietly just before you step into the bathroom. In it you ask Allah to protect you from harm while you are in a place where we do not remember Allah aloud. It is a small habit that keeps you connected to Allah even during the most ordinary parts of your day.
