اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
O Allah, bless what You have provided for us and protect us from the punishment of the fire.
When and why we say it
Say this dua over your food, especially when you are eating with your family or with guests. In it you ask Allah to put blessing in what He has given you and to protect you from the fire. It reminds us that food is a gift, and that we should share it and never waste it.
